Supreme Court Preview, And The Health Impact Of Pot

What's On The Supreme Court's Docket? In June the Supreme Court up held President Barack Obama's Affordable Care Act. The nine are back in session starting next month. We talk to Slate reporter Emily Bazelon to get a preview of some of cases on the docket this session.

The Health Impact Of Legalized Pot: In November, Washington state voters will decide whether to legalize recreational use of marijuana. But what will happen to the potency of pot if this initiative passes? And what are the real public health risks that come with legalizing recreational marijuana? Ross Reynolds asks an expert these questions and more.
